ORDERING WITH OLD HARRY

Confirmation:

When your order is received, you will be emailed an order confirmation. We reserve the right not to deliver in the event that the stock level was incorrect at the time of receiving the order. In the event that we are unable to deliver your order we will inform you and cancel the order.

Age restrictions:

Parental or guardian consent is required for customers under the age of 18. The name and telephone number of the person giving consent shall be entered in the message box at the checkout.

PAYMENT TYPES

Credit/Debit cards:

We accept payment via both debit and credit cards. When paying by card you will be asked for the card number, its period of validity and the CVC code. We use a security standard called 3D-Secure, developed by VISA and MasterCard. All information is encrypted using SSL encryption, which prevents unauthorized access to card details. We do not store card numbers after the transaction has been completed.

Paypal:

PayPal allows secure payment from your bank account, credit card or PayPal account.

Prices:

All displayed prices include UK VAT of 20%. Old Harry retains the right to change prices at any time.

Local taxes:

Please note that local import charges (customs duty, sales tax) can occur depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at your own expense. If you reject a package (e.g. because you are not willing to pay the customs tax) then we will reduct the return cost of the order from the value of the refund.

Right of return:

Purchases can be returned for a refund within 21 days of receipt of goods. You have the right to open the package to check your goods, but products must be returned unused, unwashed and with full packaging. Items that smell strongly of perfume/aftershave will not be refunded. You will be refunded for the value of the product(s), including the outgoing shipping providing these conditions are met. Return shipping costs will not be refunded.

Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us, so send the package with a traceable service so it can be located.

Please remember to write RETURN AND REPAIRS on the outside of the package to ensure a swift transit through any customs offices it may encounter.

If you wish to exchange the item for a new size or colour then get in touch to let us know at hello@oldharry.com. Then simply return the item without packaging to Old Harry Returns, Lifeguard Building, 129 Grace Rd, Leicester, LE2 8AJ, United Kingdom stating your order number and which jumper you would like in exchange and we will post it out to you. Your shipping costs to us will not be refunded, yet we will pay for the outgoing shipping cost.

Warranty claims:

All Old Harry products come with a 1 year warranty against faults in materials and manufacture. This warranty covers production faults, not wear and tear from regular use. If you believe you have a warranty claim, please contact customer service. Include order number, photos of the suspected fault and a brief description of the claim.

Old Harry handles your personal information in the strictest confidence. We will never give any of your personal information to third parties and all information entered is encrypted under handling.
